I'm a train guy, mom - I'm not a chore guy!
...in response to my new proposal for a kids' chore chart. Now he's all over it, though. At the end of the week he will get a dime for each star. With his saved money he can then go buy any trains he wants and can stop asking/telling me daily that it is time we go buy another train!

My First Day of Pre-K!
Connor didn't want to pose for his First Day of School picture, but you can see that he was quite a handsome man to behold today.
His first day report sounds good...
I worked in these centers: Blocks, Reading, Writing
At snack time, we ate: Frosted sugar cookie & a juice box
We learned that God loves me & takes care of me.
At lunch I was excited to have a banana - my favorite fruit!
My teacher also said: I had a good day. I love to read! :-)

More About Trains
I love all the trains on the island of Sodor. I love Rock Hopper. I love Cranky. He's not a train; he's a crane. I love Murdoch. Thomas is #1. Edward is #2. Henry is #3. Gordon is #4. James is #5. Percy is #6. Toby is #7. I don't know who has #8. Douglas is #9. Donald is #10. I love Rosie; she's a light purple train. I love Rocky, Fearless Freddy, Scarloey, and Rheneas.
